PI-Team Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for the PI-Team!  We are serious about our work and need those who are

interviewed and accepted into the team to be just as dedicated.

Please take the time to carefully read the following before filling out the application:

§ You must be at least 21 years of age to join.

§ We do not allow couples or family members to join.

§ ALL positions require internet access and the ability to use email, message boards, Skype, etc.

§ Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within a 200 mile radius of Salt Lake City is a must.

(Note: Most investigations are within the Salt Lake / Ogden metro areas)

§ Do not apply if you have a criminal record and / or are not willing to submit to a background check.

§ You will be required to know, sign, and follow ALL PI-Team rules and protocol.

§ All members are required to have at minimum a digital voice recorder and flashlight.

§ All positions are volunteer positions; there is no payment of any type.

Please note that we receive approximately 10-15 applications per month. While we are not able to respond to every application, we do read and save them for future openings.
