Stated in The PI Team’s Bylaws is our number one goal:
"To aid and assist those who are experiencing paranormal phenomenon by looking for authentic evidence of the paranormal and offering assistance in cases where paranormal activity is confirmed."
We are not just another group looking for thrills and excitement, our number one goal is to help people. We get many requests from people who are scared of what they’re experiencing, or who just want some form of outside validation. Sometimes people just have questions they want to ask, other times they want us to review pictures they’ve taken, or listen to audio clips they’ve captured. Often, clients want us to investigation their location.
In some cases, although rare, we are unable to offer our assistance.
When We Can’t Help
As much as we’d like to assist every individual who contacts us, sometimes that isn’t possible. There are numerous reasons for that — distance, time, other commitments, and activity outside the realm of our abilities. It’s frustrating for us, and we know it can be especially frustrating for those who are dealing with paranormal activity. That’s why we’ve put together a list of alternatives. These are suggestions only.
Neither The PI Team nor any of its members take responsibility for the actions of persons or organizations outside of our group.
TAKING BACK YOUR HOME
In our experience, simply “taking back” your space can have powerful results. The best way to do this is to forcibly tell the entity to get out. Don’t be timid with your demands. This is your home or place of business, and whoever is there needs to recognize that. Be firm, be loud, and if necessary, be angry. You have to let the spirit know you mean business. A lot of people worry that this type of action might make matters worse, but in ten years of doing this, we’ve never seen that happen. We have seen activity either slow down tremendously, or stop altogether. Remember that the spirit can’t hurt you; it can scare you, but we’ve never known anyone to be seriously injured by an entity.

KEEP A JOURNAL
Keep a journal to log the activity. Include dates, times, who is in the house, weather, etc. This might help you find a pattern from which further information can be extracted.
CLERGY
Some clients find comfort in contacting their local religious leaders for help. Please note that every religion has a different outlook and approach when it comes to the Paranormal.
